Individual Personal Training (IPT):
If you crave a 1-on-1 training experience, then this is your program. You get a custom program and complete scheduling flexibility.
(well, within reason. That one 2:30am session was a b*tch)
IPT is our most flexible Personal Training program available in 30 min training increments.
Partner Personal Training (PPT):
Our coaches design a custom program and train you, with up to three PPT clients for 60 minutes. Choosing PPT allows for a better value for your training dollar and allows clients to have more fun & encourage each other to reach their goals quicker. All clients are coached, in every session, by our world-class coaches.
Our small group fitness classes have carefully designed programs to achieve health, strength, and resilience in SPORT and LIFE.
Semi-Private Fitness (SPF) Program:
Small groups allow for plenty of individualized attention, without the cost of personal training. These sessions focus on strength training, building a resilient, healthy body and proper training techinques. Classes are offered 7 days/week and offer community, encouragement, and world-class coaching.
Our semi-private training program is designed specifically to help you reach the most common goals clients have for Sport or Life.
