You can manage your account through the Mindbody App, however, we have no control over this App. We can only guarantee that every function will work as directed through the links provided and by following directions in videos below.

Q & A:
How close to the beginning of a group session can I sign up?
For all adult sessions: 4 hours prior to the start of the session.
For sessions for children under 18: 2 hours prior to the start of the session.
If you have missed the window to sign up, you can text 614-683-3131 to see if there is room in the session.
If you missed the sign up window, it is not guaranteed that you will be allowed to train if you show up to the session.
What happens if my sessions expire?
If your package/membership expires and you still have sessions remaining, there is no “grace period” for you to get your sessions in. However, you can extend the expiration of your sessions for $35/month, for up to two months, by emailing admin@TheSpotAthletics.com or texting us at 614-683-3131.
What is a Training Try Out session?
The Training Try Out session is a trial session where you participate in a regularly scheduled group training session. This allows our coaches to ensure you or your child is a good fit for our program before purchasing a full training package.
How do I sign my child up for training if they have never been to The Spot Athletics?
1st, you create an account for them. Make sure the account is in their name and not yours.
Next, you purchase a Training Try Out. Then you schedule their trial session for a regularly scheduled group session for their age group and the program you purchased. This will be a Speed Squad or Semi-Private Speed & Strength session.
Can I just show up for a group session without signing up?
No. Our coaches need to know who will be in the session so they can prepare and deliver the best coaching experience possible. You cannot train in a session without paying and signing up for class prior to the session.
Do you allow people to do drop in sessions or Daypass?
No, all clients must be on a training package plan or set up with a Training Try Out prior to the session. There are no drop in sessions allowed. We do not accept Gympass, Classpass, Daypass, or any other passes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Adult Small Group Classes: Adult clients can sign up online for a class no later than 4 hours before the session. If you cancel your reservation online within 4 hours of the designated start time, it will result in the loss of the session.
For Athlete Small Group Classes: Athletes can sign up for class no later than 2 hours before class starts. If their reservation for the class is cancelled within 4 hours of the designated start time, it will result in the loss of the session.
For Personal Training Clients: If you must reschedule or cancel a personal training session, please try to do so with at least 12 hours notice. Any sessions rescheduled/cancelled within 12 hours of the original session’s starting time will be lost. Sessions may be reinstated at the discretion of the Coach and Spot Staff.
