When implemented properly, working hard physically has a huge benefit in building mental resilience in young women. Building resilience in sport and life helps mental and physical performance.

LEARN PROPER FORM
Lifting weights and getting stronger is empowering, fun & beneficial for a young woman’s health. Thats why our coaches teach proper form, and hold athletes accountable to that standard.

Your Empow-HER Coach, Maeve Willis.
Besides being a Spot Athletics performance coach since 2019, Maeve is a licensed social worker (LISW) in the state of Ohio, and is currently working towards becoming a licensed Mental Performance Coach (MPC).
As a young woman, Maeve found exercise and strength training as an outlet to deal with the pressures of society. She is now combining her world-class performance coaching skills with her vast counseling knowledge to provide this unique program to help young females thrive as they navigate this crucial time of development in their own lives.
