Senior Semi-Private Speed & Strength (SPSS) Details

This program is perfect to help young athletes build blazing speed, lightning-fast feet, and functional strength to improve their performance in:
Lacrosse, soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, field hockey, football, baseball, softball, track & cross country.

Session Details: 60 minutes long - Average 5-6 athletes (no more than 9) - Designed for 14-18 year olds.

Scheduling Flexibility: Sign up online for days you are attending. You can change days you attend weekly.

Training days & Times:

DUBLIN SCHEDULE:
Senior SPSS: Monday - Friday: 4:30 - 5:30pm, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 6:40 - 7:40pm
Saturday: 9:25 - 10:25am, Sunday: 10:00 - 11:00am

All new athletes must start with a TRIAL Session!

The Training Try Out is NOT about assessing athleticism or talent. It's to ensure a willingness to train and coachability.

What is the Try Out: Your child is scheduled, attends and participates in a regularly scheduled Speed Squad session.

Purpose of the Try Out: To ensure your child is engaged, able to follow directions, and at the proper training level.

Benefit #1 of the Try Out: If your child doesn’t want to participate, we don’t want to waste your time & money. Benefit #2 of the Try Out: If a child is not ready to be coached in our program, we don’t want to diminish the experience and results for the other children in the group session.

Ultimately, the trial session process ensures your child has an enjoyable experience, gets great results, and is training with other athletes who want to improve.
