All new athletes must start with a TRIAL Session!

We do things differently. This starts with our trial session process, called the “Training Try Out”. While many places choose to do free trial sessions in order to bring any child into their program, our trial session is about ensuring your child is a great fit for our program.

Fitting into our program has nothing to do with how good of an athlete your child is. It has to do with ensuring every child in our program has a desire to train and is coachable.

The Training Try Out, which is $25, entails participating in a typical Speed Squad session with other athletes. After the session, if the coach determines our program is a good fit for your child, you are then able to sign your child up for a training package.

Ultimately, the trial session process ensures your child has an enjoyable experience, gets great results and is training with other athletes who want to improve.

Youth Speed Squad details & Times

Sessions are: 60m long - No more than 16 athletes per session - Designed for 8-10 year olds

Sessions include training for: Agility - Top End Speed - Confidence - Running technique - Coordination - Core strength - Acceleration - Jumping technique - Body awareness - Injury prevention - Quicker feet

Scheduling Flexibility: Sign up online for the day/time you wish to attend. You can change the days you attend weekly.
