Our program is meticulously designed with developmentally appropriate training to enhance speed, agility, and overall athleticism, ensuring your child gains confidence, coordination, and a love for fitness. Led by world class coaches, including former collegiate strength coaches, each session focuses on perfecting running technique, acceleration, core strength, and injury prevention. Our unique "Training Try Out" ensures that every participant is eager and coachable, creating a motivating and supportive environment. Ages 11-13 - Junior Speed Squad & Semi-Private Speed & Strength (SPSS)

This age is the most critical time in athletic development. 11-13 year old athletes have to deal with puberty, body changes and participating in school sponsored sport programs for the first time. While we love working with all ages, we particularly enjoy the immense amount of impact we have on athletes during this critical stage of their development. 

We have two great junior programs to choose from. Selecting the right program for your child comes down to your preference in weight training, individual attention and budget. Both programs are thoughtfully designed with developmentally appropriate training to ensure your child builds blazing fast speed, lightning quick feet, and powerful core strength. Led by world class coaches, including former collegiate strength coaches, each session focuses on developing proper running technique, explosive plyometric foundations and injury prevention. 

Ages 14-18 - Senior Semi-Private Speed & Strength (SPSS)

Senior SPSS gives 14 - 18 year old athletes full exposure to the type of world class training that is required to maximize their athletic potential and dominate in their sport. Each session in our program is expertly designed and coached to ensure your athlete becomes the fastest, strongest and most injury resistant athlete possible. 

Training sessions incorporate a combination of speed, agility, plyometrics, strength training, power development and injury prevention work. Professional coaches ensure each athlete is using proper form while simultaneously pushing themselves to get better.

Whether your child is struggling to make the team or the star athlete, our coaches and program will ensure they reach the next level in their athletic development.
